This video discussion made one thing unmistakably clear: our organizations don’t have a reskilling problem — we have a work clarity problem.

That distinction matters. Work is shifting daily. AI is reshaping tasks faster than career systems can catch up. Yet the response in many organizations is still: add more learning. Leaders aren’t asking for more learning — they’re asking for capability that shows up in the work tomorrow morning.

While being nice can create short-term harmony, it often results in long-term dysfunction: avoided conversations, a lack of clarity, and underperformance cloaked in politeness.

This interactive design charrette brings talent and learning leaders together to explore how AI mentors can support managers as coaches—especially in apprenticeship and early-career pathways.

 	<li>In ELE design charrettes, peers work through challenges using three complementary lenses—internal client, AI learning guide, and real-world skeptic—to strengthen judgment before committing to action.</li>

Participants will examine where AI can strengthen manager capability, reinforce inclusion, and support learning closer to real work—without replacing human judgment.
