The best individual contributor just got promoted — now what? Join this Design Charrette where ELE and ATD NYC communities work through what actually develops new leaders in luxury retail, where AI is a piece of the answer but never the whole one.

The problem isn't awareness or budget — organizations are treating a transformation challenge like a technology rollout, and the people side keeps getting left behind.

In this Design Charrette, the ELE community will explore how to simplify reskilling enough to move it forward — by creating shared language across HR, TA, L&D, business leaders, frontline managers, and employees.
