Dirk Tussing - a key takeaway for me, is the importance of leaders at all levels not missing the moment we are in with AI skilling, to hold space for their teams to discuss how are we actually leaning into curiosity, how we’re instilling agency, and how we’re shifting from “we’re learning how to use the new tech to this is how I see AI changing the work.” A key difference with this approach is that it’s not about managing change better, it’s about shaping a culture of employees who are developing change-ready muscle to show up for the ongoing constant change. 🌱
