We are thrilled to be having our highly interactive exchange at Your Oshkosh University while having an intense action learning experience with a full day of in-person and half-day virtual peer collaboration.   Flexibility or Flight - Getting Hybrid Work Right (i4cp Research Study) Flexibility or Flight (i4cp 2022 Research) We kick off each in-person Exchange with i4cp latest research. On May 12th, Jay Jamrog with facilitating an interactive workshop while sharing i4cp’s latest findings from their new global research study: Flexibility or Flight: Hybrid Strategies to Attract and Retain Talent. You will learn more about the study, which provides our full findings and analysis on hybrid work, flexibility, and the strategies that will make organizations talent magnets—or talent wastelands.
