Marquette University

Jim brings over 30 years of diverse leadership experience across nonprofit and for-profit sectors, focusing on guiding organizations towards their strategic goals with a thoughtful approach. His expertise lies in areas such as organizational visioning, strategic planning, sales and marketing, innovation, and team building.
Joining Marquette University in May 2024, Jim serves as Program Director for Executive Education within the College of Business Administration. In this role, he oversees the strategic direction and success of Executive Education programs, fostering growth and maintaining quality standards. Jim's responsibilities include content development, budget management, faculty and client relations, and program operations. 
Before joining Marquette University, Jim held leadership roles at LeadingAge Wisconsin, the College of American Pathologists (CAP), GE Healthcare, and CRU Consulting. Notably, his time at GE Healthcare included developing and delivering global marketing training programs, showcasing his dedication to sharing knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, Jim finds joy in simple pleasures, residing in Pewaukee, WI, with his wife, Gwen, and their pug, Zeke. He enjoys reading, hiking, golfing, traveling, and cherishes time spent with his family.
