<p data-start="419" data-end="662">Reskilling and upskilling have become too complex for most organizations to scale effectively.<br data-start="513" data-end="516" />In this ELE Innovation Sprint, we’ll explore how to make reskilling simpler, faster, and more sustainable—starting with defining the real problem.</p>
<p data-start="664" data-end="868">Instead of adding more training programs, we’ll co-create a <em data-start="724" data-end="754">Work/Life Exchange Blueprint</em>—a practical job-aid approach that helps employees and frontline managers take ownership of learning and growth.</p>
<p data-start="870" data-end="1111">Inspired by <em data-start="882" data-end="913">What Color Is Your Parachute?</em> (Bolles) and Gallup’s <em data-start="936" data-end="953">StrengthsFinder</em> (Buckingham), and informed by Stanford’s <em data-start="995" data-end="1012">Design Thinking</em> process, this sprint will help participants “teach people to fish” through action-learning design.</p>
