A 2023 study conducted by Udemy, the University of Michigan and the Conference Board identified three critical leadership capabilities required to engage today’s workforce - they must connect, coach, and build an inclusive work experience. Of all the leadership behaviors studied, those three emerged as the most critical.  Demonstrating those skills - especially with remote teams - is more difficult than it once was.

This session provided invaluable insights into the evolving landscape of leadership in the modern workforce. Alan Todd, co-founder of CorpU and part of Udemy Business Leadership Academy, shared his expertise on adapting leadership strategies to meet the challenges posed by generational shifts, hybrid work environments, and advancements in GenAI.
