  • 📝 Recording Consent: Keynote and featured sessions will be recorded. All presenters must provide written recording consent (a confirmation email to Dirk is acceptable) prior to the event.

By Friday, September 25, 2026 (four business days before the event), please have your final slides submitted:

  • ✉️ Option 2: Email a PowerPoint (PPT) copy of your final presentation material to help@ele.llc.

On the day of the event, please also bring a backup electronic copy of your presentation on your laptop or a USB flash drive.

Note: If you prefer that your presentation materials are not shared with participants on Insights after the Exchange, please let Dirk or the ELE team know in advance.

Each concurrent breakout session has 45 minutes allocated. We recommend reserving 15 minutes for interactive Q&A, Design Charrette exercises, or small-group discussion during your session.

In the Room:

  • 🖍️ Whiteboards: A whiteboard will be available on a side wall (either left or right).
  • 📊 Flip Charts: A flip chart (which also doubles as a whiteboard) will be set up at the front of the room.
  • 🖊️ Markers & Supplies: Whiteboard markers will be provided for both. We can also provide sticky flip chart paper upon request

Technical / AV & Connectivity:

  • 💻 Bring Your Own Laptop: Presenters must bring their own laptop. An HDMI cable will be provided at the podium/display in each breakout room.
  • 🍎 Mac Users Note: If your Mac device requires a display dongle or USB-C to HDMI adapter, please bring your adapter with you. Presenters can also share materials via Microsoft Teams if needed for screen compatibility.
  • 📶 Wi-Fi Access: Attendees and presenters can connect to the venue's guest Wi-Fi network. Network credentials and passwords will be clearly posted in every breakout room.

Sessions are 60-75 minutes long. We recommend allocating at least 15 minutes for small-group application, interactive discussion, or Q&A during your time.

💡 Key Tips for Presenters & Facilitators:

  • 🤝 Applied Experience Format: Whether you are facilitating an AI Practical Lab, Design Charrette, Simulation, Roundtable, or Workshop, focus on fostering active peer-to-peer exchange and practical problem-solving rather than traditional lecturing.
  • 💻 Laptops for Facilitators: If you are leading an Applied Experience session, please bring your own laptop to connect to the room's display system.
  • 🎤 Keynote Speakers: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your keynote to allow ample time for lapel/microphone setup, sound checks, and stage orientation with the AV team.

Yes. The Kick-off & Keynote Welcome will start promptly at 8:30 AM. We recommend arriving by 7:30–7:45 AM to allow time for check-in at the 7th-floor CNA Conference Center Concierge Desk, grabbing breakfast, and getting settled before the opening session.

Yes. The online agenda is updated frequently as session details, facilitators, and timing are finalized. You can view the latest schedule, session abstracts, and speaker lineup here: Fall Conference 2026 Agenda & Speakers (login required for member-only details).

We all appreciate the wonderful world of paperless. However, it is a bit of a challenge to know what one “walked away with” when it’s all verbal. Presenters can bring 15-25 copies of a one-page printed handout that identifies vital points. This is a great way to reference resources, including hyperlinks to other content and other tangible takeaways.

Presenters who email Dirk Tussing electronic copies (either before or after the event) of any slides or handouts can post the information as PDFs on Insights.

Absolutely not.

You can view our Participants’ FAQs here.

A short session abstract helps participants understand what to expect and provides a reference when archived in our members-only Insights hub. If you are leading an Applied Experience session, please submit a brief half-page abstract using the guidelines below by September 18, 2026:

🤝 For Roundtables & Design Charrettes:

  • Strategic Opportunity: A brief 2–4 sentence summary of the strategic talent or workforce challenge being addressed.
  • Discussion & Problem Points: 3–6 core questions or scenarios that peers and participants will work through together.

🛠️ For AI Practical Labs, Simulations, & Workshops:

  • Strategic Opportunity: A brief 2–4 sentence summary of the business or leadership challenge in the AI era.
  • Practical Solution / Application: A description of your approach, framework, or workflow demonstration (approximately 90 words).
  • Measuring Impact & Next Moves: Key takeaways, measurement metrics, or 30/60/90-day action steps leaders can bring back to their organizations.

Yes. Checking the attendee list is a great way to ensure your team is registered and to see which peers from across the ELE network will be in the room.

Whether you are delivering a Keynote, facilitating an Applied Experience session, or leading a discussion, reviewing the registration list helps you better understand your audience and tailor your content to the organizations represented. The live attendee list is located on the left column of the Fall Conference 2026 Event Page, right under the Who's Facilitating section (login required).
