The ELE Pre-Conference Jam is Wednesday, September 30, 5:00–8:00 PM, at Randolph Tavern, one block east of 151 N Franklin. It's a relaxed evening to meet fellow participants and facilitators, swap the talent challenges you're bringing, and walk in on October 1 already knowing people.

Yes. The Kick-off & Keynote Welcome will start promptly at 8:30 AM. We recommend arriving by 7:45 AM to allow time to check in at the ELE registration table in the 2nd-floor 151 N Franklin Conference Center, grab breakfast, and get settled before the opening session.

🏢 Finding Us: From the 151 N Franklin lobby, take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor. The ELE registration table is outside the large conference room

♿ Elevator: If you'd rather not take the stairs, an elevator at the back of the lobby goes to the 2nd floor.

🪪 Building Badge: You'll need a building security badge to reach the 7th floor for the 10:30 AM applied experiences. We recommend picking it up when you arrive. If the line is long, skip it for now (the 2nd floor doesn't need a badge) and come back when it's shorter, like during the 10:00 AM break.

  Take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor and check in at the ELE registration table.
• 🅿️Parking: The building offers indoor executive parking, with over 4,200 additional parking spaces available across public garages within a one-block radius.
• Hotel: Nearby options within walking distance in the Loop include the Residence Inn by Marriott Chicago Downtown/Loop and W Chicago - City Center. (Note: Please contact your preferred hotel directly regarding current shuttle or concierge transport services.)
• Luggage Room: A coat and luggage closet is available on the 7th floor. You'll need your building security badge to get there, so pick it up on arrival if you have bags to drop off.
• Taxi & Rideshare: Taxis, Uber, and Lyft provide convenient drop-off and pick-up directly at the main entrance on 151 N. Franklin Street.
• Air Travel:
  • O'Hare International Airport (ORD): about 17 miles / 35–50 minutes (or direct via CTA Blue Line to Washington Station)
