The Power of Collective Input: Setting the Stage from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Randolph Tavern

Arriving in Chicago the afternoon before the ELE Fall Conference? Join us for an informal pre-conference jam with presenters, ELE partners, and people leaders gathering for Oct. 1.

This pre-conference jam is the informal working conversation before the main experience at CNA. It gives us a chance to reconnect, meet new people, compare notes, and surface the talent challenges people leaders are working through right now.

No slides. No speeches. Just practical conversation, trusted peers, and a Chicago tavern where we can start connecting the dots.

Bring a real challenge, a useful question, or simply your curiosity. What emerges from conversations like this helps shape ELE’s future roundtables, Design Charrettes, AI Practical Labs, and community-powered experiences.

Bring a real challenge, a useful question, or simply your curiosity. Nicole DeFalco will be there to share how Baryons.AI “in her pocket” is helping managers — and to compare notes on a question she’s bringing into the Oct. 1 AI Working Lab: Why does AI adoption stall after the training?

What to expect

  • Informal by design. Come for part of the evening or stay for all three hours.
  • We’ll compare notes on what people leaders are seeing right now — AI adoption, reimagining work, frontline leadership, reskilling, change fatigue, and the friction that gets in the way of execution.
  • Expect introductions that go beyond job titles: What are you working on? Where are you stuck? What are you learning?
  • You’ll likely meet people you’ll want to continue the conversation with at CNA the next day.

Who this is for

People leaders, HR and L&D leaders, business leaders, ELE partners, and Fall Conference participants who want to begin the Oct. 1 experience with good people, useful conversation, and a few fresh perspectives.

A quick note: This is an informal gathering, and everyone will pick up their own food and drink tab.
