Executive Learning Exchange (ELE)

Conversations That Stick. Connections That Last.
ELE's Chicagoland Meetup
Mon, OCT 12 | Drop in anytime 4:00–7:00 PM CT | Cooper's Hawk Oak Park, IL
Come when you can, leave when you need. Catch up with fellow people leaders, swap what's working, and help shape how our community reimagines leadership development around real work, in real time.

Let’s Start the Conversation
Most learning programs end when the session does. They aren't connected to the work itself, so nothing keeps improving once people get back to their jobs. Capability that lasts gets built in the work, through peers, managers, and what people notice every day.
At ELE's Oct 1 Fall Conference at CNA, the Design Lab explored moving past one-off programs toward ecosystems that build capability over time.
