Vilson Simon, ELE Brazil/LATAM Community Director, speaking at the 2026 ELE Fall Conference in Chicago

A founding working session for ELE in Brazil. Vilson and a growing local team are bringing ELE's community-powered experience to Brazil, then across Latin America. This hybrid meetup is where we plan it and recruit the people leaders who should be part of it from day one.

The Conversation Starter | O Ponto de Partida

"Which people leaders in Brazil should we bring together first, and what would make ELE's first exchange here worth their time?"
