Using a simple tool to think about how L&amp;D needs to change helps us think through which specific business results I need to impact, what behaviors, tools, processes, etc. need to change, and who needs to change (ex. staff, stakeholders, etc.). After Teresa explores, 4 Ps Exercise, a simple technique used to tie changes that need to be made to business results, Nick &amp; Tim will facilitate a robust discussion covering:

 	<li>How have expected business results at your organization changed since March 2020 and how have the impacted L&amp;D?</li>
 	<li>What are the business adjustments or governmental policy changes we foresee likely happening over the coming 6-12 months?</li>
 	<li>How can we start thinking proactively on how L&amp;D could respond to support these adjustments?</li>

Session Focus: How should L&amp;D respond? - COVID-19 &amp; Social Injustice
Ideation: Unpacking the inter-connection between Coronavirus and Social Injustice

We have been forging ahead on a ‘return to workplace’ strategy and have made great progress on that front as an ELE cohort over the past few months. Over the past 2 weeks, the focus of Social Injustice has taken center stage in a very big way. Albeit a much needed and long overdue focus, the timing and the intensity of this topic are interesting, to say the least, and how these two forces should or should not come together over the coming months.

Questions for Monday's dialogue:
