John is a Senior Consultant at CEBs Metrics That Matter. His role is to help clients build sustainable measurement strategies for L&amp;D and other HR functions as well as measure the business impact of learning programs. John served as the Director of Research at KnowledgeAdvisors for four years, mining data and applying predictive analytics to help clients solve problems. Some of the research has been featured in T&amp;D Magazine, Elearning! Magazine, and Training Industry Quarterly. In 2014 he co-authored his first book with Dr. Jac Fitz-enz titled Predictive Analytics for Human Resources. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors in March 2010, John led training evaluation teams at KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen for nearly 12 years. He is a father of three children and lives in Franklin, TN.
