Workshop | Learning Isn’t the Outcome. Behavior Change Is.

Most traditional learning initiatives focus on delivering knowledge and tracking course completion. However, sustainable organizational growth requires a much harder objective: shifting how people actually work on a day-to-day basis.

This workshop contrasts standard learning approaches against a Human Operating System lens using a real-world capability challenge from Allstate's Field Sales organization. By examining required practice, behavioral reinforcement, peer dynamics, leader nudges, and workplace friction, leaders discover how to shift focus from knowledge acquisition to measurable behavioral change in the workflow.

Facilitated by Deepa Kartha and Lorna Malloy, this session bridges behavioral science with executive execution to help talent leaders move beyond tracking compliance and start driving visible transformation in workplace performance.

What happens next? This post captures our live framework. In a few days, we will update this page with the real-time breakthroughs, questions, and insights shared by our executive peers during the conference dialogue. Stay tuned!
