Together, we’ll identify real business challenges, compare emerging AI coaching tools, and explore opportunities to co-create future ELE Executive Innovation Sprints focused on AI-enabled coaching.

Unlike traditional coaching platforms with fixed schedules and high dropout rates, AI coaching delivers just-in-time, scalable development. We’ll lay the groundwork for an AI Coaching Playbook—practical frameworks, prompts, and adoption guidance created by peers, for peers.
