  3. How could we better tailor leadership development to individual personalities, strengths, and growth areas?
  4. What innovative formats or delivery methods could make leadership training more engaging and effective?
  5. What role should mentoring, job rotations, stretch assignments, and other on-the-job development play?
  6. How can we reinforce and sustain leadership lessons over time, not just in a one-off program?
  7. What metrics should we establish to assess leadership program impacts and ROI better?
