Yes, you are required to pre-register for ELE events.

It depends on your membership level or if you have a code from your organization:

• Buy Tickets: Use this if you are a Non-ELE user, a Remote Member, or a Plus Member paying for an additional seat. You can apply any available discount codes during this checkout process.

• Register with Pre-paid Ticket Code: Use this only if you are an ELE Plus Member and have received a specific pre-paid code from your organization or the ELE team.

We encourage you to use this community thread to pre-chat (share scenarios or questions you want peer input on) and post-chat (log your takeaways, 'what I’m trying next,' and patterns we should capture). This is the primary space for collaborative ideation before and after the conference.

Regarding recordings: we will be recording the keynote sessions taking place in the Michels Family Forum (O'Brien Hall 150). Please note that the AI Practical Labs and Design Charrettes are highly interactive and will not be recorded to ensure a candid environment for ideation.

• Self-register: Go to an event page from the Events Calendar and click REGISTER NOW
  • Additional personalized instructions will be displayed for your access level.
• Cancel your registration: From the My Event Registration page, click “SHOW REGISTRATIONS” and then ❌CANCEL

If you are ELE's primary contact, your My Membership page includes many admin capabilities. You can:

• Add or Remove Team Members for ELE access
• A custom URL for your team to self-register themselves for ELE access
• Assign someone to be your ELE Admin
• View your Team's Dashboard
• and more

After each team member has ELE access, they can self-register for the conference using pre-paid tickets (if available) or a credit card.
