This was a great example of why format matters. The Charrette-style session made it easy to move from discussion to something you can actually apply, which most lecture-style sessions struggle to do.

I’ve also been thinking about Michael Grubich 's Objective–Strategy–Tactics point; it’s a practical anchor for making AI initiatives actually drive results instead of drifting into noise.
