I never realized the power of a strong professional network until I was introduced to the Executive Learning Exchange. Before that, I did what many professionals do. I attended the occasional events or exchanged periodic emails. The return on investment was minimal at best. Contrast that with the ELE, where a great network of leaders regularly connect in a multitude of ways creating access to information and relationships not otherwise possible.
