There is so much (internal and external) content available, it seems unlikely the more efficient learning solution needs to be built in-house or purchased from expensive 3rd-party vendors.

McDonald’s and The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) are engaged in a pilot project to see how learning and development advising and the use of CAEL’s Learningcounts.org program to assess prior learning for college credit can help McDonald’s employees achieve their college degrees more quickly and at less cost.
