Goal: In this 45-minute breakout session, participants will utilize The L&D Detective Kit as their primary source of truth for frameworks and tools, exploring how AI-enabled methods can help talent leaders become detectives of impact rather than order-takers for training. Together, we’ll apply the Detective questions to real business scenarios, draft a Performance Impact Blueprint, and reflect on how AI and human insight combine to measure what matters most.
