✨ Magic Buttons for Presenters (when logged in)

When you're logged into ELE and viewing your concurrent breakout session on the Agenda (login required), you'll see three helpful magic buttons ✨ to the right of your photo:

  • Contact Session Leaders – Quickly access contact details for all listed session leaders, including their primary ELE email address.
  • Open Co-Creating Slides – If you're collaborating using Google Slides, this opens your shared deck for real-time co-creation with your fellow presenters.

🗣️ Presenters: Should I use an ELE template for presentation slides?

Not required, but we recommend co-create in Google Slides, please use the "OPEN CO-CREATING SLIDES" button in your session section (login required).

Why, Google slides is easier to co-create and makes it easy for us to post the final copy on Insights for post sharing.

ELE has templates available for presenters who wish to create their slides outside of Google Slides. For specific events, please use the designated templates:

The purpose of writing a short session abstract is to provide participants an opportunity to get a sense of what you will cover after the event is in our members-only area. What is a Cracker Barrel?

“Cracker Barrel” comes from organic discussions around a central location in an old country store.” Our “Cracker Barrel discussion will be conducted around tables in the cafeteria.

This ELE #Knowledge@Speed Group Activity (4 pm "Cracker Barrel") is an expert ("Group Leader") facilitating a ten-minute small group dialog. Each table will have a QR Code for a post-sharing job-aid with tools and tips you can use now

By contributing to and co-leading a Fall Conference session, you'll be added to the Active Contributors directory, so people can find you before and after October 1.

Your ELEfolio isn't a static bio. It grows every time you facilitate, ask a question, or share a solution in the Idea Exchange. Take five minutes to add your current interests, expertise, and a favorite book so peers can connect with you.

We all appreciate the wonderful world of paperless. However, it is a bit of a challenge to know what one “walked away with” when it’s all verbal. Presenters can bring 15-25 copies of a one-page printed handout that identifies vital points. This is a great way to reference resources, including hyperlinks to other content and other tangible takeaways.

Presenters who email electronic copies to engage@ele.llc (either before or after the event) of any slides or handouts can post the information as PDFs on Insights.

Yes. It’s helpful to check the list to ensure your team is registered.

Also, to help you better prepare for your presentation, you can monitor if your team and colleagues from other organizations have registered on the Event page.

Registration list is on the left column, under Session Leaders and Location.
