A founding working conversation to shape ELE’s next chapter with invited board members and prospective advisors.

We will come together to define ELE’s 2030 direction and establish a 9-member advisory board to guide it.

Purpose:

• Align on the advisory board’s role in shaping ELE 2030
• Pressure-test ELE’s shift to framing the “why” and business value for a local + global peer-powered model
• Define how ELE enables leaders to become AI Workforce Transformation Strategists
• Advisory Board operates on a quarterly cadence with defined 1-year terms (see FAQs)

Success for March 31:

• Identify 1–2 concrete next steps to move the advisory board forward
• Align on priority areas to focus on over the next 60–90 days
