Presenters Guide: Using Your Session Tools ✨+ ELE Template for Slides
✨ Magic Buttons for Presenters (when logged in)
When you're logged into ELE and viewing your concurrent breakout session on the Agenda (login required), you'll see three helpful magic buttons ✨ to the right of your photo:
- Contact Session Leaders – Quickly access contact details for all listed session leaders, including their primary ELE email address.
- Open Co-Creating Slides – If you're collaborating using Google Slides, this opens your shared deck for real-time co-creation with your fellow presenters.
🗣️ Presenters: Should I use an ELE template for presentation slides?
Not required, but we recommend co-create in Google Slides, please use the "OPEN CO-CREATING SLIDES" button in your session section (login required).
Why, Google slides is easier to co-create and makes it easy for us to post the final copy on Insights for post sharing.
ELE has templates available for presenters who wish to create their slides outside of Google Slides. For specific events, please use the designated templates:
- Use 2026-ELE-Zoom-Virtual-template for Friday Reskilling sessions.
- Use 2026-ELE-AI-Lab-template for monthly AI Practical Labs.
Wi-FI and Presenters' Audio-Visual provided by GE-HCI
Wi-Fi internet, LCD projector, two flipcharts, markers, and a speakerphone are provided by GE HealthCare Institute in each room.
